
With the rise of online income opportunities, a lot of people nowadays are working on the confines of their home. Working online requires you to stay in front of your personal computer and this results into sedentary lifestyle. Living a sedentary life would yield health risks, which of course isn’t good. In fact, a study conducted by the University of Hong Kong states that sedentary lifestyle causes more deaths than smoking. What can you do to avoid living a sedentary lifestyle?
• Clean your house – Since you are working in your house. It would be beneficial to you and to your family that you clean your house once in a while.
• Take breaks – Even how many things you need to do you must take a break. In your break you might as well walk around your community or stroll in a mall.
• Daily Exercise – Before working in front your computer for hours, try to do some exercise routines.
