Stress is normally experienced at work given the many problems and challenges a worker faces in performing his job. This is what you call job stress, a condition that puts every worker in an exhausting situation.

When you get pressured by a deadline, when you get irked by an annoying officemate, when you get trap inside the elevator, when you get reprimanded by your boss for a poorly-written report, those are the times where stress attacks.
