It’s graduation time once again and a new batch of graduates will be ushered into the employment world. More than any other entities, employers are the one that cares about this development. It gives them new and fresher choices, an opportunity to build a new generation of workers to replace the old and retiring one.
But just like in every kind of game, there exists competition among companies when it comes to the recruitment of new workers. Employers has to employ several tactics to woo in potential candidates for employment.
Based on the Job Outlook 2008 survey conducted by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), employers (a good 54 percent of respondents) plan to win new college graduates by including signing bonuses in the deal.
If that will be the case, then new college graduates are in for a sweet surprise.
